The A/E industry is becoming more and more specialized. As vacancies rise due to various factors, knowledge retention in the transportation industry, both public and private sector, is declining. This presents a significant challenge for today's design teams when developing complete projects across the full project life cycle: pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and post-construction. The CMAA Baltimore Chapter presents this engaging webinar on specific challenges of a less-experienced design team, recommendations from a field perspective, recent academic research pertaining to the highway industry, and how CCMs are the missing link to cohesive project/program management and development.听
